REALITY
OK, so back three days. WOW, it doesn't take long for reality to hit. Dirty house, loads of laundry, and no one cooking my meals. I was thinking does anyone hate coming up with easy meal ideas as much as me? Does anyone want to start a recipe exchange? It seems I cook the same ol' same ol' constantly. Anyways, just looking for some easy good ideas. No gourmet cooking, just the basics. Also, I tried fish on the cruise. I really liked it but am scared to cook it. Any ideas or suggestions with that would be great. Thanks to all you great Mom's, wifes and cooks.

I don't cook, so I can't help you much. My stand by is always breakfast for dinner. Pancakes, waffles, eggs, french toast. . .
You are so lucky that your whole family got to go with you on the cruise! So, was this the first time you've had fish? Or, just the first time you decided you liked it. I don't have a lot of recipe ideas for you, but if you want to try fish the easy way, try the lime crusted talapia from Costco. We really like it. Also, the salmon from Costco is good with some garlic and dill on it.
I would love to do a recipe exchange! I have a couple sites that send me emails of recipe ideas, that helps. I'm sure my family's same old same old is not the same as yours so we could definitely share. Yes, I want to do blankets! Lets make a date. Before or after your NYC trip?
